Log into your KROM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included to prevent any processing delays.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
